More Japanese franchises continue to arrive on our shores. One of them is a dessert stall that offers rich and creamy cheese in many forms, Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory.
I was supposed to get their soft served but instead settled for a box of their quality cookies. I had the Salt & Camembert (Php 580) variety, one of three kinds. They also have Honey & Gorgonzola and Porcini & Gouda. It’s pricey for a small bite, but worth having once you have it in your mouth. Quite addicting, one serving is definitely not enough.
This branch also serves slices of cheesecake which you can top with your serving of soft serve ice cream.
