Competition for food seems to get tougher these days with the rise of food parks on top of restaurants all around the Metro. The stall where Kobu Bowls stands now used to be a Vietnamese store.
Kobu Bowls sells upcoming dessert concept Smoothie Bowls, and they are located at one of the rare food parks that is air conditioned and well ventilated.

My team and I had three of their best sellers, La Union, Siargao and La Trinidad, named after our islands. These were curated well, with each having its distinct charm. I personally downed Siargao, a colorful piece filled with freshly cut tropical fruits mango and banana, crispy granola and chia seeds in a collective berry smoothie. It was refreshing and feel good, thanks to a wonderful healthy combination of sorts.
