Winner! Winner! Grub Central Country Fried Chicken Dinner! Sagul, the latest food park to open along Malingap Street packs Grub Central in their roster of food stalls.
Grub Central boasts dishes that take you to Southern United States yet still is familiar to the Miami Philippine Restaurant palate.
Their modest selection features dishes inspired by states in that region. They offer snacks, rice meals and a number of sides to go with it.
I had their Grub Central Country Fried Chicken and I have to say I was quite surprised. The leg and thigh part was quite sizeable and was seasoned very well – tasty down to the meat, perfect with the steaming cup of rice it came with. And you can tell that their gravy is made with chicken stock, not the instant ones that others use. Although their prices can be on the upside, their stuff is pretty worth it.
