It has been awhile since I visited what once a go to place for a food adventure, here at Hole In The Wall. This spot that features dishes unavailable elsewhere could have just sparked the abundant food parks we see today.

We were craving for dessert and spotted this unusual stall marketing milk.

Milk Trade sells desserts made of mostly two bases, milk and eggs. We got to try their specialties and we just found it normal and nothing too spectacular. First on our laps was a set of Steamed Milk + Eggette. Steamed Milk is actually custard and has egg yolk, egg whites and your choice of flavor (we got chocolate). Eggette, on the other hand, is bubble waffle, crisp on the outside and soft on its inside. We got the bitter sweet Japanese flavor, matcha.

We also tried the one with toppings which I found really expensive at Php 250. The Espresso Peanut variety is plain steamed milk filled with caramelized peanut, mochi, coffee jelly and lots of really sweet coffee syrup. This was overwhelming to have with all the flavors and quite messy to eat. I suggest skipping this and just going for the simpler ones.
