Sweet Avocado Overnight Oats
Yield: 1 serving
Time: 10 minutes + overnight
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oats
- ¾ cup milk
- 1/2 medium avocado (about 1/4 cup mashed)
- 3 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds (optional)
- In a small jar, whisk together milk, mashed avocado, and honey until well combined.
- Add oats to the airtight container and stir.
- Top with chopped avocado, close the jar, and leave the oats to soak overnight.
- The next day, top with remaining honey. Add almonds for crunch if desired.
