Avocado, Matcha, and Mint Milkshake

Yield: 2 servings

  • 2 scoops avocado ice cream
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 matcha-flavored Kit Kat bar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 4 mint leaves


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and thick.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Top with more crushed matcha Kit Kat bars if desired.
