Why is there a surcharge of $6.99 for frozen foods?
There is an extra cost of $6.99 on frozen foods to cover the price of the frozen gel packs and insulated packaging. We want to make sure you get the freshest food possible. This is a one time fee so make sure you maximize your shipping cost by adding more items!

Fedex 2 day is highly recommended for our frozen shipping options but not required, this is to ensure your items are still frozen on delivery.

Can an order be placed and then paid for by check or money order instead of placing it on a credit card?

How long will food products last if I order by the case?
Our products have a shelf life which range from 1 months to 3 years.

Can you deliver products on a Saturday?
If you've chosen FedEx as your shipping carrier the answer to your question is "YES", but if you've chosen other shipping carriers such as UPS then the answer to your question is "NO".

Is all your food approved by the FDA to be safe for human consumption?
